These Terms of Service apply to all customers who use or access the Allied Marble & Granite, Inc. website at http://www.alliedmarbleinc.com, or who purchase products or services from us through our showroom, by phone, email, or online. By using our website or approving an estimate, placing an order, or scheduling fabrication or installation services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Business Identity
Allied Marble & Granite, Inc. is a custom stone fabrication and installation company located in Seattle, Washington. We provide fabrication and installation services for natural stone, engineered quartz, porcelain slabs, tile, and related surface materials for residential and commercial projects.
By opting into our SMS messaging program, you may receive messages related to appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications directly from Allied Marble & Granite, Inc.
2. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Description
Our SMS messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications to customers who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms or scheduling intake forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
Opt-Out & Support Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (206) 222-5543. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message Frequency

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

3. Terms of Sale
Scope of Work
All work is completed according to the specifications outlined in the approved proposal, drawing, or contract. Any changes to the project scope may require additional costs and may affect the project schedule.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the materials, measurements, finishes, and installation scope defined in the approved proposal. Due to the natural characteristics of stone materials and supplier conditions, pricing and material availability may change until a quote has been formally accepted and a deposit received. Custom fabrication pricing may vary based on edge profiles, cutouts, material thickness, installation complexity, and site conditions.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in your project estimate or invoice:
A deposit is required to schedule templating and begin fabrication
The remaining balance is due prior to or upon completion of installation
We accept cash, check, debit card, and major credit cards
Failure to remit payment may result in project delays, suspension of work, or collection procedures.
Material Characteristics
Natural stone materials such as marble, granite, and quartzite contain natural variations in color, pattern, veining, and texture. These variations are inherent to the material and are not considered defects. Clients are encouraged to review and approve slabs prior to fabrication when possible.
Measurements & Installation Conditions
Allied Marble & Granite will perform professional measurements (templating) prior to fabrication. Customers, contractors, or builders are responsible for ensuring that cabinets are permanently installed and level, appliances and fixtures are on site if required for templating, and the work area is clear and accessible. Delays due to incomplete site preparation may result in additional charges.
Project Modifications
Changes requested after templating or fabrication has begun may require re-templating, additional fabrication, or new material selection, and may result in additional costs and revised timelines.
Liability
Allied Marble & Granite, Inc. takes great care during fabrication and installation. However, minor variations in seams, veining alignment, and natural material characteristics are inherent to stone products. Structural conditions of cabinetry, framing, or existing construction are outside the scope of Allied Marble & Granite’s responsibility. Liability for any claim related to services performed shall be limited to the value of the services provided.
Customer Satisfaction
If there is a concern regarding completed work, clients must notify Allied Marble & Granite, Inc. within 48 hours of installation. Our team will review and address any valid workmanship concerns promptly.
Scheduling & Appointments
Installation and templating schedules may require adjustments due to material availability, project readiness, weather conditions, or unforeseen site conditions. Our team will communicate schedule updates as early as possible.
4. Website Terms of Use
